本设备专门用于对发动机缸体、缸盖水套及油道的泄漏检测；通过采用ATEQ F520仪器及电子调压阀对发动机缸体缸盖进行密封性检测；采用双工位形式，是对精加工后缸体、缸盖的主油道和水套分别充入压缩空气，通过一台法国“ATEQ”差压法试漏仪来测量其泄漏量的密封性检测装置。设备还具备自动泡水水检辅助功能，对检测不合格的产品，可进行自动水检，压封OK后水箱自动上升，并完全浸没工件进行寻找漏点。
