HXTS series multi-pole tubular conductor rail

The HXTS series multi-pole tubular conductor rail consists of multiple copper bars embedded as power transmission buses within a high-strength, high-insulation performance semi-enclosed engineering plastic conduit. The HXTL series multi-pole tubular conductor rail features copper bars with high-insulation performance engineering plastic embedded as power transmission buses inside a high-strength aluminum alloy tube. This series of products is developed and produced by our factory on the basis of digesting foreign advanced technologies. Due to the adoption of an aluminum alloy shell, the series products possess functions such as sturdiness, durability, long service life, high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, and transmission line shielding. The conduit of HXTS/HXTL contains a trolley that fits tightly and moves flexibly, which moves synchronously with the movement of the mobile power-receiving equipment. Meanwhile, the multi-pole brushes configured on the current collector make sliding contact on the guide rail, reliably transmitting the reliable power from the conductive rail to the mobile power-receiving equipment.
