l Schmidt连接器系列中的大多数连接器设计用于适应轴向、角度或平行轴的位移。

l 对于某些应用而言，操作条件要求存在所有可能的轴偏移。如果这些轴偏移超过了所选连接器容量的限制，就会在设备中引入额外的侧载力，这可能会导致振动、使用寿命缩短或关键机器部件（如轴承、电机等）的损坏。
