Plastic handling Machine:Color Blender Feed Control
Product:HL-400 series
The color blender provides homogeneous mixing for materials of defferent shapes and bulk densities such as virgin/regrinds and powdered/pelletized materials. To eliminate mixing irregularities,the HLdetects empty of the receving hopper for the continuous batch system.
Agriculture:High-level detection to control the feeding conveyor:
Product:PRL-500W for large silo and PRL-100EB/ED for medium/small silo Cultivated grain is stored for long periods at storage silos in the grain termina.
Grains are dusty and abrasive.The PRL has the unique triple-bellows seal to completely keeps dust out.
The wire extension(PRL-500W) and rod with spring (PRL-100EB/ED) designs to minimize the shaft bending or wearing. The cone point screw protects against drop or rupture.
Asphalt Plant:Hot aggregate detection
Product:PRL-200
To produce asphalt,aggregates as sand and stone are pre-heated to mix smoothly.
The PRL-200 withstands up to 200℃ by using silicon rubber seal,and up to 400℃ by using air-purge system."S" type paddle is ideal for low-level detection.Since it moves along the discharge,the heavy pull load does not damage it.
Food：Sedimentation Rice under water
Product:PRL-101
Rice is used to store under the water to keep freshness and oder-free.The PRL-101 detects sediment rice under the water(from 1.2 to 1.4g/cm³ density). It is designed as static-water resistant to a depth of 5 meters.(NOTE:Seal is effective for static pressurized water.Do not use under fluctuations of water pressure.)
Special Paddle Applications:
1) For light density:Styrofoam level
Special large sized paddle,60mm×150mm,is ideal for light density powders as low as 0.02g/cm³.We have supplied a lot detect Styrofoam beads.
2) For limited nozzle size:Fold paddle
If the paddle is larger than the mounting nozzle,and it is impossible to mount from the inside of the hopper,the F-1 fold paddle is ideal.The spring-loaded paddle folds during insertion,and then return to the original shape.
