描述

Agilent N6761A(50W)是一个精密的直流电源模块,它能够提供毫安级和微安级的**控制和测量功能,并可同时对电压和电流进行数字化处理。当在 N6700 小型主机中使用时,它可以在类似于示波器的数据缓冲器中捕获这些测量结果;当在 N6705A 直流电源分析仪主机中使用时,可捕获数据记录测量结果。如欲对手机功率放大器和其他半导体器件进行漏电测量,或对电池供电的设备进行省电模式下的电流测量,可同时订购这个模块和选件 2UA。选件 2UA 添加了 200 μA 全量程电流测量范围,适用于低至 1 μA 的测量。
