聚-3 已基噻吩(P3HT) 及其系列聚合物是近年来出现的新型有机聚合物太阳能电池的供电子体材料,具有较高的空穴迁移率(10-4-10-2V-1s+1),及较低的禁带宽度,且该系列聚合物与PCBM 结合的活性层材料制得的聚合物单结电池效率可达到6% 以上。
