描述	Recombinant (HIV-1) Tat Clade D produced in E. coli (Accession number: AAP33758.1). Productive HIV-1 replication is dependent upon the viral Tat protein. In Uganda Clades A and D are responsible for approximately 95% of HIV-1 infections.
纯度	> 90% purity estimated by SDS-PAGE (EU Ph. 5.0 § 2.5.31)
应用	Western Blotting, SDS Page, Up-Take assays. Biologically non-active protein estimated by Up-Take and Rescue assays (positive to uptake assay but negative to rescue assay) For Research Use Only.
缓冲液	Preservative 10% glycerol.
