防紫外（UV）透过及防晒保护测试系统，是将待测织物通过双光束分光光度计（内显示积分球）,在UVA和UVB波长区段进行扫描，其辐射透过信号被积分球内的传感器收集，由软件自动计算出紫外透过率和防晒系数。

本分光光度计由微软公司的Windows操作微机系统控制，整个测试过程自动化控制并可打印出测试报告。不包括微机和打印机。也可拆卸内置式积分球而使用传统的紫外、可见光分光光度计来使用（波长范围190-1100nm）。
