- Description
- Data Sheet
A fully validated, highly specific mouse monoclonal antibody to cMyc
c-Myc, is a polypeptide tag of sequence (NH3-EQKLISEEDL-COOH) derived from the regulator protein myc. Commonly integrated into recombinant proteins as an N or C terminal tag, the Myc tag is used to facilitate affinity chromatography, protein localisation or protein-protein interaction studies. The Badrilla Myc monoclonal antibody from clone 9E10.2 produces exceptional staining in both immunoblotting and immunohistochemical applications and can be used at extremely high dilutions.
Tested applications: Western blot (1:20,000 dilution), IF Microscopy (1:1000 dilution). Antibody form: Lyophilised Affinity Purified IgG1. Species recognition: Human cMyc
