■什么是MR2300

一般来说，使用EMl电波暗室的正式测试需要很长时间且会产生费用。而反复多次采取问题对策并进行正式测试，则更花费时问和费用。

MR2300系统运作的同的在于事先解决问题，进行以Precompliance为目标的使用，从而可将正式测试减少到l～2次。

实际上Precompliance用EMl测试系统以前就有，但就包括电波暗室的总体系统而言，MR2300则为世界开创。在当前TV电波或无线通信设备电波纵横交错的环境下，没有电波暗室是无法进行EMl测试的。

◆进行2种EMl测试

1、放射性干扰噪声测试

使用电波暗室和宽频天线，可在30MHz～3GHz的频带范围内进行测量。

2、传导性干扰噪声测试

使用LISN(线路阻抗稳定网络)可在150kHz～30MHz的频带范围内进行测量。

◆可确定噪声发生源

3、EUT内PCB的磁场测量

通过使用选购件磁场探头CP一2S进行印刷电路板磁场测量，可确定干扰噪声的发生源。

◆MR2300的特长

MR2300是集频谱分析仪技术、电波暗室技术及天线技术一身的综合系统。

1、世界头个一总体EMI测试试系统

天线、EMl用频谱分析仪、LISN、EMl用PC软件等自不必说，但就连电波暗室也具备的总体测试系统而言，MR2300确为世界开创。

另外，作为解决问题的工具，还备有磁场探头(选购件)。根本不需要增加任何额外设备。

2、超小型宽频天线

本公司开发出578(W)×401(H)×250(D)mm(MANl01，不包括底板) 的超小型30MHz～3GHz的宽频天线。小型化天线使得电波暗室的小型化成为可能。

3、大、中、小等4种电波暗室

备有小型EUT用MY5310/S、中型EUT用MY5310SU及大型EUT用MY5410。MY5310/S配备有承重10kg/直径220mm的转台，MY5310SU备仃承重50kg/直径500mm的转台，MY5410配备有承重100kg/直径756mm的转台。

4、整个系统的校准

整个系统通过MSA338E和PC软件来补偿宽频天线的天线增益、LISN的衰减量，以及向3m法的转换等。用户只需直接读取PC画面中的测量结果即可。

5、依据标准

依据CISPR ll(classA/B、group l)

CISPR22(classA/B)、

EN550 1 1(classA/B、group l)、

EN55022(classA/B)、VCCI(classA/B)、

FCC part l 5 subpartB(classA／B)等标准。

Outline

Generally, much waiting time and cost areneeded in a formal EMI test using the anechoic chamber. When itrepeated many times to solve the problem and to test formally,longer time and more cost are wasted.
MR2300 focuses on being used to solve the problem in advance<<Precompliance>> and reducing the number of times offormal test to one or two times.

Features

1）The first EMI total test system in theworld

As a complete and total test systemincluding not only antenna, spectrum analyzer for EMI, LISN and PCsoftware for EMI but also anechoic box, MR2300 is the first in theworld. In addition, the magnetic field probe (option) is preparedas a problem solution tool. Any other additional equipment is notneeded at all.

2）Compact and broadbandantenna by our own development

The antenna, whose dimensions are assmall as 578(W)×401(H)×250(D)mm (MAN101, excluding ground plate)and bandwidth is as broad as 30MHz to 3GHz, was developed byourselves. The size of anechoic box also became small byminiaturizing the antenna.

3）Small and large anechoicboxes

MY5310 for small EUT, MY5410 for largeEUT MY5310S of separation type are prepared. MY5310 is equippedwith a turntable of 220mm in diameter/ 10kg in load and MY5410 isequipped with a turntable of 756mm in diameter/ 100kg in load.

4）Calibration of the entiresystem

The calibration as the whole systemlike corrections of the antenna gain, attenuation of LISN andconversion into 3 meters in measurement distance is performed inMSA338E and PC software. The user only reads the measurement resultof the PC screen as it is.

5）Conformity to regional andinternational standards

MR2300 is based onCISPR11(classA/B,group1), CISPR22(classA/B),EN55011(classA/B,group1), EN55022(classA/B), VCCI(classA/B) and FCCpart15 subpartB(classA/B).

6）Low systemprice

The system price of MR2300 is muchcheaper (i.e. one fifteenth to one thirtieth) than an existingsystem using anechoic chamber.
