Bio-Gel羟基磷灰石HT和HTP填料美国伯乐Bio-rad(价格优惠）Bio–Gel HT 凝胶— 是纯化蛋白、核酸及其它大分子的理想产品。根据Tiselius（1956）方法研制而成。Bio–Gel HT 凝胶悬浮于磷酸钠缓冲液0.02% NaN3 ，10 mM，4°C 保存。

Bio–Gel HTP 凝胶— Bio–Rad 根据Tiselius 方法开发，经过独特处理程序干燥而成的材料。可室温保存。悬浮于缓冲液中的特性与Bio–Gel HT 凝胶类似；1g 可溶涨至2–3ml。

DNA 纯Bio–Gel HTP 凝胶— 一类颗粒大小比HTP 凝胶小的干粉，极大地增加了载量并提高对双链DNA 的选择性。由于Bio–Gel HTP 凝胶的颗粒小，建议用分批式层析或短层析柱。

羟基磷灰石是化学和热稳定化合物，pH 耐性>5.5，可以广泛地与各种水相或有机相溶剂配合使用，并可用NaOH **和高压**。
